Regular
Spanish consists of the fundamentals that make up
the foundation of the language Immersion program,
such as basic vocabulary, grammar and the proper
use of verbs.
These lead to acquiring the skills
needed to speak the language. Each person seeking
to enroll in technical classes such as Medical or
Educator Spanish has to take Regular Spanish as
well as respective supplemental coursework.
Generally, Regular Spanish is all the same across
the board with other schools and programs.
It consists
of four-hour classes, beginning at 8am until 12:30pm
with a half hour break in between. During the high
season hours may shift and schools may provide four-hour
classes in the afternoon as well. Students may be shifted from morning to afternoon classes
at the beginning of each week.
The Regular Spanish program will include items
from packages associated with the that type of program.
They can range from Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner),
tours, laundry, internet minutes, dance classes,
cooking classes, and many others.
