At SFS, our approach is to match our clients up with the programs that best fit their needs. In order to do that though, we have to know what your priorities are.
If you want to jump ahead to Costs, it's covered in Step 3 >>>
We can go over your options later or you can figure things out right now...
Take a moment and ask yourself:
“Am I looking for an intensive academic study abroad program?”
In that case, we recommend studying at programs located near the capital city:

“Am I looking for something that focuses half on academics intensively and half on relaxation/vacation?”
For that, we recommend studying at these campus combinations.

“Am I looking to mostly relax, have a vacation and get in a just bit of academic study?”
If that's what you want, we recommend studying at programs located away from the capital city. This doesn't mean that you can't focus, it just might be harder to do so with the beach or the river next door. Homestay options might be also be more sparse away from urban areas.

A Quick Note:
A half academic / half vacation emphasis doesn’t have to be program which is divided between city and countryside.
You can plan on doing 4 weeks of Spanish at school then take off for a week or two and see the country (remembering to try and practice your Spanish with as many people as possible).
Afterward, you can return for more in-class training to hone what you’ve learned you need to work on during your travels.
That said, many people find that it's better to maintain continuity throughout their studies and study in various locations instead, venturing out on the weekend (leaving early Friday afternoon) to explore the rest of the country.
