Rate Summary
To give you a general estimate, a typical Regular Spanish program in Costa Rica which includes homestay (click here on more info about homestay) will cost you approximately $375-450 (US) a week for about 4-5 hours of intense class time per day (not including private lessons if desired). Plan on $10-20 per day for other typical expenses. This doesn't include special activities like tours, etc..
In Spain, you can figure on a ballpark cost of $400-500 (US) per week depending on the program. Make sure that you figure in higher costs for extracurricular expenses ($approx 20-40) and currency fluctuations.

More class time isn't always better. Remember, unlike regular school, these classes focus on one subject intensively, so it's possible to get oversaturated.

Program rates vary according to popularity, location and whether or not your program incorporates specialty coursework, such as Spanish for Medical, Spanish for Educators or our Teen Youth Programs, etc…
